| I believe 'improving online discussions' might be too vague a phrasing to properly evaluate this statement. It is a nice example of an 'it depends' statement, and many points can be made on either side depending on how you interpret it. The statement leaves open too many factors, such as: are we talking about reading existing discussions (i.e., navigation), or participating in them; does improve mean 'make easier', or 'more meaningful'; etc. – Whathecode Aug 3, 2018 20:38 |
